Our Training Faculty boasts of over twenty members each with over a decade in corporate positions and training. Our faculty also understands that learning requires attention and content delivery at the highest level, hence our use of visuals and case studies in training.

Kuro Ngoboh
Our Head of Faculty, Kuro, had a 15-year banking career largely in GTBank and resigned at Senior Manager level to plough his experience into training. He is a faculty member with CIBN and RIMAN, and has expertise in several fields in training including Banking, Credit, Emotional Intelligence and Selling Skills.

Orji Udemueze
Orji is a faculty member with CIBN, RIMAN, CVL and facilitates training within and outside the country in core areas of Finance, Credit and other soft skills. He has a 16-year banking career and is a seasoned trainer and Financial Analyst.
Bunmi Odeyemi
Bunmi holds an MBA in International Business, is a member of NIM and is a Certified Service Professional (CSP) with the Services Strategies Corporation, USA. She was a banker for 9 years and facilitates training in Customer Relationship Management, Loan Structuring and other courses.

Kunle Adefila
Kunle is a versatile Training Consultant certified by the Centre for Management Development (CMD) and has 25 years cognate experience in sales, banking and consulting. Among other courses, he facilitates Leadership, Enterprise Thinking and Sales trainings for the Academy.

Patrick ijenwa
Patrick has over 15 years experience in both Operations and Marketing with GTBank. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is an expert at Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance, Operational Risk Management and Banking Operations courses.
